Any A&P technicians here? One of the comments in  AMEs A&P technicians texbook has a comment regarding New Fire extinguisher containers which are supplied with their own cartridge and bonnet assembly dissambled. It goes on to say "If you remove a discharge cartridge from a bonnet, do not use it on another assembly"? 

Why cant it be reinstalled on another assembly? Not quite understanding why it has to be installed again in the same device from which it was removed.
